Harper, an Arizona native and the Lead Attorney at Arizona DUI Law Firm, graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science from Northern Arizona University. During her undergraduate studies, she gained hands-on experience through prominent internships with the House of Representatives, both at the state level and in Washington, D.C.

Motivated by these experiences, Harper earned her Juris Doctor from The Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University. After starting her legal career at the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender, she managed a high-volume caseload, representing felony clients through every phase of the Superior Court process. Her deep knowledge of DUI law in Arizona, particularly in Tucson, inspired her to found Arizona DUI Law Firm. Harper has successfully handled DUI cases across the state, including in major cities such as Tucson, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale, Gilbert, Tempe, Peoria, and Surprise.

Dedicated to protecting her clients’ constitutional rights, Harper has achieved favorable outcomes through negotiation and litigation. She is passionate about criminal defense and is a steadfast advocate for those facing DUI charges, ensuring each case is handled with the care it deserves.
